Q: When is the library open? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 - 2:00, 7:00 - 9:00 Q: Are you allowed to bring the books home from the library? A: Yes but you should not eat or drink while reading the book. Students are encouraged to keep books clean and return them in good condition.
Q: Can the students of Grand Bend Public School go out to lunch if
I sent one note giving my okay?
A: No, however you can
send a note each time the student wants to go out. Students are
expected to be back at school by time of afternoon
classes. Please reserve this priviledge for grade 6, 7 and 8 students.
Q. When I pick up my child in the middle of the school day, can I have them meet me at my car? A. It is required that you come in to the school and sign your child out at the office. We do not allow students to meet outside so that we know who the child is going with and that they have been picked up. The staff cannot monitor children who are waiting in front of the school
Q. Are my kids allowed to stay after school to play on the yard? A. Students are required to leave the school premises and
report home to their parents.
